Mrs. de la Rosa made performances at the Teatro Argentino de La Plata, (La Plata City) Teatro San Martín (Córdoba), Teatro Avenida (Buenos Aires City), Adutorio de Belgrano (Buenos Aires), Teatro Juan Bautista Alberdi (Tucumán City), Victoria Hall (Switzerland), Melico Salazar Theater (Costa Rica), Anayanci Theater (Panamá), Teatro Municipal de Temuco (Chile), Miguel de Asturias National Theater (Guatemala), Teatro Municipal de Chile, Calouste Gulbenkian Auditorium (Lisbon, Portugal).
She sang operas and symphonic-choral works, such as: 9th Symphony and Missa Solemnis by Beethoven, Great Mass in C minor, Requiem and Exultate Jubilate by Mozart, Stabat Mater by Rossini, A Midsummer Night's Dream, by Mendelssohn, Requiem by Verdi, 4th. Symphony by Mahler, Carmina Burana by Orff, Magnificat by Bach, Die Schöpfung and Die Jahreszeiten by Haydn, and the following operas: La Cenerentola by Rossini (Clorinda), Don Giovanni by Mozart (Donna Anna), Lakmé by Delibes (Lakmé), La Fille du Règiment by Donizetti (Marie), Dido and Aeneas by Purcell (Dido Belinda and The Second Lady), La Traviata by Verdi (Violeta Valèry), Die Zauberflöte by Mozart (Königin der Nacht), -for which she won the “Encouragement Prize” from the Critics Association- Les Contes d’Hoffmann by Offenbach (Olympia, Giulietta, Antonia), L’Incoronazione di Poppea by Monteverdi (Drusilla), Die Entführung aus dem Serail by Mozart (Konstanze), Romeo et Juliet by Gounod (Juliet), Le Nozze di Figaro (Contessa), Lucia di Lammermoor by Donizetti (Lucia), Acis and Galatea by Haendel (Galatea).
Soledad de la Rosa worked with orchestra conducters as Michel Corboz, Stephan Lano, Pedro Ignacio Calderón, Mario Perusso, Antonio Russo, Carlos Giraudo, Mario de Rose, Fernando Álvarez, Luiz Malheiro, Roberto Ruiz, Carlos Calleja, Gabriel Garrido, Roberto Buffo, Néstor Zadoff, Roberto Luvini among others, and the règgiseurs Norma Aleandro, Alicia Zanca, Daniel Suárez Marzal, Ana D’Anna, Constantino Juri, Marga Niec, Oscar Barney Finn, Concepción Perré, Rita de Letteris.
Also carried out several chamber concerts accompanied on piano by Claudio Santoro, Hae-Yeon Kim, Alfredo Corral and Perla Wicky, and classical guitar by Guillermo Gutkin.
In Baroque repertoire, she offered recitals with Juan Manuel Quintana and Manfred Kraemer.
In 2009 she was awarded by the Music Critics Association of Argentina as "Best Music Female Singer" of the 2008 Season |
